User Experience Research
From the CANS site: "The CANS, Context-aware Activity Notification System, is an external notification system being used with the Sakai learning management system. This innovative, integrated system improves the processes and quality of online education by providing activity awareness information within context."
My role within CANS was concerned with gathering user feedback. I collected feedback from users and stakeholders by conducting usability testing of prototypes and conducting end user interviews.
