Colorado Kids' Outdoor Bill of Rights

The state of Colorado's Lieutenant Governors office had created a "Colorado Kids' Outdoor Bill of Rights" to encourage residents to enjoy the state's legendary recreational resources.

The design needed to be bold and eye-catching while simultaneously delivering the Lt. Governors' message of kids' rights to Colorado's outdoors. Ultimately the design is intended to appeal to all ages with a colorful style and the incorporation of several Colorado icons and symbols.
